這個節目是為了能夠選拔出最具有未來力的少年而舉辦，節目中通過對各個腦力出眾等少年進行各種項目測試，來評判出每個少年的實力，選出其中最優秀的一批，加入AI未來營
由于目前社會AI技術的發展，越來越快速，人工智能和人類的交互已經越來越密切。這就需要人類擁有更多的創新性思維，于是八大未來力的概念被提了出來，通過各種高科技的智力挑戰來激發孩子們的思維創新性。這八大未來力，分別是創造力、擔當力、解析能力、評估能力、分解力、協作力、逆行力和抽象能力。節目組根據這8項能力來設置各種高難度的挑戰，少年們在這些挑戰中能夠更好的激發自己的想象力，利用紙筆、電腦、變成等各種工具來解決不同的難題，從而能夠更好的激活大腦活力。
